The Seminary holds spiritual conferences every Thursday. These conferences, which are moderated by the Spiritual Directors, offer seminarians the opportunity to learn from the experience of their elders in the spiritual journey.

In addition, seminarians meet their Spiritual Directors for one-on-one spiritual direction. This direction is geared towards helping the seminarian in his personal struggles, especially enabling him to discern “the free and gracious intervention of God who calls” (Pastores Dabo Vobis, 36) and to freely respond lovingly to Him.
