The Tansi Seminary Family places a high emphasis on the spiritual formation of her students. She strives to inculcate in them a deeper union with God so that they may live in the world as humble servants of God. Through the Spiritual Direction Council, she accompanies her students like a wise mother and faithful friend, on this journey of intimacy with Christ.

The Spiritual Direction Unit strives to help students to be firmly rooted in Christ, so that they can give and live their lives entirely for God!

The Spiritual Directors of the Seminary maintain an intimate and internal relationship with the directees with whom they hold personal talks. In addition to this one-on-one direction and counseling, the Spiritual Directors hold weekly Spiritual Conferences, Monthly Recollections, and organize Retreats for the seminaries at least twice in an academic year.

The members of the Spiritual and Formation Council include:
