The staff and seminarians of Blessed Iwene Tansi Major Seminary Onitsha extended a warm and joyous welcome to the Catholic Women Organization of Onitsha Region on their visit to the seminary on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The seminary expressed deep gratitude for the maternal care and unwavering support that the women’s organization has consistently provided. They emphasized that the organization’s generosity has been a lifeline, especially in challenging economic times, echoing the sentiments of Isaiah 49:15a, “Can a mother forget a nursing child or show no compassion for the child of her womb?” The seminarians conveyed their heartfelt thanks and presented a token of gratitude, promising to remember the organization in their prayers. They prayed for blessings upon the women’s families and safe journeys as they depart from the seminary, underscoring the profound love and support they receive.
