Big events make big memories.
Today, we celebrated with the formators, staff, and seminarians of Pope John Paul II major seminary Okpuno, Awka on her Silver Jubilee celebration within which twenty-five (25) handsome seminarians were ordained Deacons, by the Papal Nuncio to Nigeria, His Excellency, Most Reverend Antonio Guido Filippazi. Amongst these candidates are ten (10) of our seminarians here at Tansi Major Seminary, hence, It was a double-packaged celebration.
While we congratulate our sister seminary, Pope John Paul II seminary Awka, we also congratulate our newly ordained deacons. We pray to God to bless and guide them in their ministry. Amen.
